Climate Change in Missoula

February 13, 2018 @ 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm

What:   Climate Change in Missoula: From Statistics to Strategies, a free public meeting to learn more about the Montana Climate Assessment, what Missoula can expect in the future, and how Missoula is responding.
When:  Tuesday, February 13, 7:00-8:30 pm
Where:  Missoula Public Library
The evening is divided into two sections.  The first half hour will hit the highlights of the Montana Climate Assessment chapters 1 and 2 and how these forecasts will likely affect Missoula, including what to expect this spring and summer given current snowpack.  After 10 minutes of Q and A on the science, the second half will focus on Missoula’s response.  This is the portion where Montana350.org would stand up and report briefly on what it is doing, with the intent that those interested could get more details right after the meeting through tabling in the back of the room.
