Highlights from the Joye Braun Day of Action
On Friday January 20th, we were a proud partner of a statewide coalition of almost 20 other climate groups at the capitol in Helena for a rally. 350 Montana participated in solidarity with the nationwide Joye Braun Day of Action honoring the Native rights and climate activist’s birthday. Joye was famous for her work opposing the Standing Rock pipeline and for telling Joe Biden not to be a wimp and to declare a climate emergency. A big thank you to the nearly 300 Montanans who demanded climate action from our lawmakers!
