DESCRIPTION:Sound the Alarm RSVP \nNoon to 1 p.m.\, at NorthWestern Energy’s Missoula office\, 1903 South Russell. 350 Montana and the Montana Environmental Information Center are sounding the alarm about NorthWestern Energy’s plans to forge ahead with a new generation of fossil fuel electrical generators at a time when Montana’s wind and solar\, backed by storage technology\, has never been cheaper. Bring drums\, pots and pans\, and ear plugs. \nOther groups across the state will be demonstrating in front of their local NWE offices so we are in solidarity with them. Our main message is important. Message suggestions: Drastic cut back on Greenhouse gases\, No more fossil fuel projects\, public exposure to the way NWE broke the law\, NWE wants to increase coal\, NWE not to invest in climate destroying infrastructure.
